Shannon Beador is being charged with DUI and hit-and-run after being arrested in early September.

TMZ reported on Friday that the Orange County District Attorney had charged the Real Housewives of Orange County star with two crimes.

Police also told the news outlet that her blood alcohol level was 0.24%, which is three times the legal limit in the US, which is.08%.

The charges come more than a month after the 59-year-old woman was arrested for driving while drunk, hitting a house, and then running away from the scene of the accident.

At the time, sources told TMZ that Beador, who was drunk at the time of the accident, parked her car in the middle of a street and pretended to walk her dog Archie. When police finally came, she was still in the car with Archie.

Someone saw what happened and called 911. Beador was then arrested and booked for the two crimes. The mother of three paid $2,500 bail and was freed the next morning.

Beador didn’t say anything about the incident for a while, but last week she posted on Instagram to reassure her fans, “I am focusing on getting healthy, getting back to myself, and walking Archie.” She also said that she is “not [yet] in the position to comment” on the incident.
