On Sunday morning, May 7, 2023, Riley Keough and her father were seen together for the first time since her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, died. They were in Calabasas.

According to DailyMail, the 33-year-old actress from Daisy Jones & the Six and her 57-year-old actor and singer father stayed close to each other as they left an Erewhon Market after buying a couple of drinks.

Riley was also holding her baby, who was one year old.

The director of War Pony is taking her father on one of their first public outings since her mother’s passing, Lisa Marie Presley, in January.

Danny and Lisa Marie started dating in 1985, and three years later, they got married. When Riley was born in 1989, the couple started a family. In 1992, they had a son named Benjamin. Two years later, however, the couple divorced and officially ended their marriage.

Even though they broke up, Lisa Marie and Danny Keough stayed close friends. He even helped Lisa get married to Michael Lockwood by being her best man. She told Rolling Stone in 2003 that Keough is her “absolute best friend in the world.”

“The smartest thing I’ve ever done is have children with this man because I knew this is the one man I could be connected to for the rest of my life.”

After Lisa Marie died, Riley’s bond with her mother’s side of the family became strained.

Her grandma, Priscilla Presley, is fighting against her late daughter’s will, which gives Riley and her half-sisters control of the Graceland estate and leaves Priscilla out.
