Robert Pattinson intends to leave his bachelor apartment since he is expecting his first child with Suki Waterhouse.

According to People Magazine, the Twilight star, 37, quietly sold his long-time Los Angeles property in an off-market transaction. Chase Rogers of The Beverly Hills Estates represented the buyer, and Robb Report was the first to report on the sale.

The announcement comes amid speculation that the Batman actor may have proposed to the Daisy Jones & the Six actress, 31.

Pattinson and the Good Looking singer were photographed shopping in London’s Chelsea area, according to TMZ. Waterhouse was seen wearing an excellent ring with pink and white diamonds on her left ring finger during the outing.

While the couple has not officially commented on it, there have been rumors that Pattinson is intending to propose to his longtime girlfriend at Christmas.

“He’s telling pals he’s looking to propose over the holidays when they will be surrounded by family,” a source previously told Life & Style magazine.

“He’s been sure about Suki for quite some time, and the fact that she’s pregnant has just moved the clock forward on what he was planning to do in the near future.”

For more than five years, the model and singer has been dating the Batman star. They first became romantically involved in July of 2018.
