ROME — The City of Rome will host its second annual community-wide decorating contest for homes decked for the holidays.

The entry period begins today, Friday, Dec. 1, and runs until Thursday, Dec. 21. Voting will begins Friday, Dec. 22, and ends Tuesday, Dec. 26.
