KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Rural Metro Fire said they responded to a “serious car accident” Wednesday afternoon.
Rural Metro said just after 6 p.m. they responded to the crash on Strawberry Plains Pike at Corum Rd.

TN Smartway shows a significant traffic delay near the scene of the crash, as of 7 p.m.
“Please use caution in this area,” Rural Metro said.
