Ryan O’Neal Sees Longtime Girlfriend Farrah Fawcett Two Weeks After Death


Ryan O’Neal was buried close to his longtime love Farrah Fawcett at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park & Mortuary in Los Angeles.

The iconic actor died on December 8, at the age of 82, of congestive heart failure after years of suffering from cardiomyopathy.

According to The Daily Mail, the tiny funeral was held over the weekend, with ex-wife Leigh Taylor-Young, their son Patrick O’Neal, and Fawcett’s best friend Alana Stewart among the 25 persons in attendance.

The Love Story actor and Charlie’s Angels actress had a kid named Raymond who was born in 1985. They started dating in 1979 and dated on and off for many years until her death.

In 1997, Fawcett broke the relationship after discovering O’Neal in bed with actress Leslie Stefanson. When he was diagnosed with chronic myelogenous leukemia in 2001, the two resumed their romance.

In 2006, Fawcett was diagnosed with anal cancer. They remained together until she died of cancer in 2009, at the age of 62.

“I loved her with all my heart. I will miss her so very, very much,” O’Neal told People Magazine at the time of her death.
