Before ringing in the New Year, Ryan Reynolds provided a snapshot of his incredible year.

On Instagram, the 47-year-old Deadpool star presented a carousel of photo highlights from 2023, including close buddies such as Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman, while reflecting on unforgettable occasions.

“Thank you 2023 part 1. In no real order. I got to spend most of the year working and playing with the people I [heart emojis],” he said in the description of the post.

He began his highlights with him and wife Blake Lively cuddling up for a beach photo, then proceeded on to the November event in Vancouver where he was appointed to the Order of British Columbia, which he previously described on Instagram as “the honour of a lifetime.”

The carousel also included a group selfie of Lively, 36, and her BFF Taylor Swift, 34, during an October game between the Chiefs and the Jets at MetLife Stadium.

Reynolds also included several images of himself visiting soccer games and posing with players in his roundup.

The Spirited star also included a photo of himself laughing and standing behind King Charles in December 2022, when he and fellow actor Rob McElhenney met, and finished with a shot of himself in character as Wade Wilson for the upcoming sequel Deadpool 3.

Reynolds followed up with “Part Deux” of his 2023 highlights. He posted photos of Lively and her Deadpool co-star (and off-screen pal) Hugh Jackman separately visiting the Wrexham pitch in the United Kingdom, as well as several other soccer-related images.
