During Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby’s hard time, Rylan Clark learned the “fall game” in show business.

The 34-year-old host, who became famous after being on The X Factor in 2012, has co-hosted This Morning with Phillip before.

But he hasn’t said anything yet about Phillip leaving the show. This comes after it came out that Phillip had lied about having an affair with a younger coworker and the ITV show came under review.

In a recent interview with The Telegraph, Rylan talked about how he handles situations where coworkers are talking about each other.

He said that if something doesn’t directly affect him, he prefers not to say anything about it. Rylan said that he only gets active in show business when his name is part of the story.

He said more about his motto: “Work hard, be decent to everybody and be nice to everyone on the way up, because everyone has a fall.”

It comes after The Daily Mail said that Phillip Schofield’s daughters Molly and Ruby have stopped following Holly on Instagram to show support for their dad.

In the wake of the Phillip’s This Morning affair scandal, Holly started her PR charm offensive this week when she showed up alone on the red carpet at the National Television Awards.

This Morning didn’t win the prize for Best Daytime, which went to The Repair Shop instead. The crowd booed when This Morning was nominated.

This week, the This Morning host made it clear in public that he and Molly and Ruby are no longer friends. In response, Ruby and Molly joined their father in a show of unity against him.

But Holly might be shocked to find out that the two women have also turned against her to help Phillip, who hired her 14 years ago for the ITV daytime show.

During better times, Molly and Ruby would join Holly on girls’ nights out during their long summer vacations at their villas on Portugal’s Algarve, which were right next to each other.

They had also known Holly for a long time. When she and their dad started working together, both women were teens.

One person who knows the situation well said, “Both Molly and Ruby have seen their father go through hell, they have been at his side as he has lost everything.”
