I was at the Crosby Fair for an assignment checking out some of the Agricultural Mechanics and Horticulture projects in the blazing heat. While I was out there I enjoyed some chicken quesadillas from Queen B’s, 790 Church Street Crosby Fairgrounds.
Craving a savory lunch, the chicken quesadillas on the menu spoke to me and the choice was perfect. The quesadilla was fresh and served with a side of sour cream. The meat was seasoned flawlessly and was cooked to be the right amount of tender. The cheese was warm and melty stretching long with each bite. Each bite was a cohesive blend of the warm quesadilla and cool sour cream making an excellent lunch. The quesadillas were $10 and the perfect meal after a hot day walking around the fairgrounds.
