ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – A school bus hit a car then crashed into a yard in north Abilene Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened near the intersection of EN 10th Street and Kenwood Drive around 3:00 p.m.

Police at the scene told KTAB and KRBC the Abilene ISD school bus, which was transporting pre-school students, hit a stationary car that was waiting to pick up a child from the bus.

All students involved were evaluated as a precaution, and no injuries were reported.
