The School of Public and Population Health launched its inaugural six-session SPPH Continuing Education Series in October. The sessions are presented by School of Public and Population Health faculty members and provide current and aspiring public health stakeholders with information designed to improve the health and wellbeing of Idahoans and surrounding communities.

All sessions in this series are free and open to everyone and hosted virtually via Zoom.

The first session in the series, “Leveraging Data and Analytics to Catalyze Health Promotion Efforts,” presented by Clinical Assistant Professor Joanna McCormack, welcomed more than 55 current and future public health professionals throughout Idaho.

Upcoming session topics include behavioral health care systems, managing complex public health data, public health programming return on investment and more.

Register for Session Two: “Our Changing Behavioral Health Care System: Trends in Policies & Activities” on Tuesday, Nov. 14 or register for future sessions.
