After the busy MTV VMAs 2023 on Tuesday, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift got together again for a much calmer event.

On Saturday, September 16, the 31-year-old Only Murders in the Building actress posted a cute picture with the 33-year-old Anti-Hero hitmaker. They were both smiling in what looks like the evening.

The singer of “Single Soon” didn’t wear any makeup and tied her hair in what looks like a pony. Swift, on the other hand, put her hair up in a messy bun and wore a yellow summer dress with straps.

The two pictures of Swift kissing Gomez on the cheek were accompanied by the line from Saweetie and Doja Cat’s song “Thas my best frien — she a real bad.”

A few days before this, the two of them went to the MTV Video Music Awards. Even though they were sitting apart, the two didn’t miss a chance to show their support for each other.

Swift, who won nine out of the eleven awards she was nominated for, was seen screaming for Gomez when she and Rema went up to get the award. In the same way, the former Disney star was seen standing up and praising Swift when she won Video of the Year.

The founder of Rare Beauty also made fun of herself while showing pictures from the night. She had posted on her Instagram Story an unposed photo of herself and Swift hugging at the awards show.

“She looks stunning I look constipated,” Gomez wrote on the cute picture she posted to her Instagram Story. She also wrote “typical” next to it.
