After their first public appearance together in months, Selena Gomez and Francia Raisa put an end to rumors that they had a “beef.”

Friday night, the two friends went out to eat at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles.

The 31-year-old star of “Only Murders in the Buildings” posted a photo of two friends showing off their shoes on her Instagram Stories. The 34-year-old actress from “How I Met Your Father” then reposted the photo from her Instagram account with the message “No Beef, Just Salsa.”

The singer and actor wore a black dress with long sleeves and a high neck. Her hair was pulled back into a neat bun. The founder of Rare Beauty chose classic red lipstick to match her red sequined purse.

Raisa, on the other hand, wore a tan silk top with a deep neckline and olive green leather short shorts. Her auburn hair was open over her shoulders.

Their other friends, including Gomez’s little sister, also came to see them.

The rumored beef started in November 2022, when the Good For You singer told Rolling Stone that Taylor Swift was her “only friend in the industry.”

Gomez and Raisa have been friends since 2007, and Raisa famously gave Gomez her kidney in 2017. On an Instagram post about the story, Raisa just said “interesting” in a comment that has since been deleted.

Later, when a TikToker made a guess about what happened, Gomez replied, “Sorry I didn’t mention every person I know.”

Raisa was still unfollowing Gomez two weeks ago when the Disney star wrote a sweet birthday message to Raisa.

Most recently, Raisa also talked about rumors about the organ donation process, where it was said that Gomez made her give the kidney.

The actress said on the Good Guys Podcast that “no one forced me to do anything” and that she did it “out of the genuine kindness of [her] heart.”
