Selena Gomez Stepped in to Help Hailey Bieber After Justin Bieber ‘Begged’ Her to Do So

Selena Gomez decided to help Hailey Bieber after her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber asked her to tell her fans that they had “made peace.”

The singer of the hit song “Peaches” was “terrified” that he would lose his fans after a fan of the Only Murders in the Building star said that the model and her friend Kylie Jenner had said bad things about Selena on social media.

While Selena has “no love” for Hailey, she cares about her ex-boyfriend Justin, whom she dated intermittently from 2008 until 2018.

“Selena has no love for Hailey, but she still cares about Justin — who privately begged her to get folks to believe they’ve all made peace. It’s not only for Hailey’s sake but for him!” a Radar Online source said.

The news source said that Justin wants to keep his fans even though he had to cancel all his tour plans for 2022 because of health problems.

“Justin is concerned he and Hailey have become the most unpopular couple in Hollywood and is terrified that when and if he is able to come back, his fans won’t be there anymore,” a source said.

Selena told her fans to stop attacking Hailey in a public message. She said she was doing so because the model had reached out to her, but reports say it was actually Justin who did so.

“Justin has never been this sad, and Selena knows it,” said the source. “She is helping him by doing this. She doesn’t care about Hailey at all!”

The former Disney star wrote on her Instagram story, “Hailey Bieber reached out to me and told me that she has been getting death threats and other mean things.”

“This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying.” She also said, “I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.”

After this, Hailey thanked Selena in public, saying, “II want to thank Selena for speaking out, as she and I have been discussing how to move past this ongoing narrative between her and me the last few weeks. The last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved, and millions of people are seeing so much hate around this, which is extremely harmful”
