Just days after it was said that she had turned down Tom Cruise’s approaches, Shakira went out for drinks with Lewis Hamilton.

The singer of “Waka Waka” and the seven-time world champion were seen getting close when they went out for drinks on Sunday night, which fueled rumors that they were dating.

Their date happened after the Colombian singer saw Hamilton race at the F1 Grand Prix of Spain at Circuit de Barcelona-Cataluny, just a few months after she moved to Miami.

Mustafa, a singer, and producer, posted the pictures on his Instagram account. They show Hamilton putting his hand around Shakira.

“May God protect the engineers,” Mustafa wrote in the post’s description.

Last month, Shakira and Hamilton were seen having dinner together in a restaurant in Miami, which led to rumors that they were dating.

After their dinner, fans of the singer made fun of Gerard Pique for breaking up with her after 12 years of dating. One user said, “Mercedes >>>> Twingo.”

Someone else said, “Pique’s blood must be boiling right now.”

On her way back to Barcelona, Shakira is supposed to see her family, especially her sick father William Mebarak, who is said to be having surgery soon.

Last year around this time, Shakira told Pique that they were no longer together, but she didn’t say why.
