Following a beach date with his rumored new flame Charlie Travers, the Treat You Better singer, 25, was photographed on Thursday assisting a homeless guy in Los Angeles.

The Daily Mail received photos of Mendes approaching a shirtless man with an Erewhon’s canvas bag full with garments. Among the gifts was a smart and comfortable-looking white bomber jacket with navy blue and green stripes that looked to fit him perfectly.

The Canadian singer had supposedly just purchased the winter clothes after being photographed earlier that day at Erewhon’s West Hollywood branch.

During the wonderful exchange, the recipient couldn’t help but smile, as the winter apparel will certainly come in useful with LA temps set to plummet soon.

Mendes was dressed casually in a loose V-neck black shirt and beige cargo pants, sporting his new mutton cut sideburns, moustache, and goatee, which he was sporting for an upcoming movie project.

Earlier that day, the young musician was seen on the beach with the Big Brother UK contestant.
