EXCLUSIVE: Ali Afshar’s ESX Entertainment High Stakes Holiday has added slight-of-hand magician Shin Lim and Grizzly Night actor Jack Griffo.

The duo join M3GAN actress Violet McGraw and Black Phone‘s Madeleine McGraw in the pic along with Brynne Kurland, Andew Koji, Azizi Donnelly and Struggle Jennings.

In High Stakes Holiday, two sharp-witted sisters (Madeleine & Violet McGraw) on vacation in Las Vegas find themselves caught in the middle of a high-stakes heist and must team up with a jaded ex-MI6 agent turned security guard (Koji) to outsmart a cunning international thief (Donnelly) and save a priceless diamond gauntlet—just in time for Christmas. The pic is billed as Oceans 11 meets Home Alone. Lim will play himself and do most of the magic. He’s also a headliner at the Venetian Hotel.

Shaun Piccinino (Netflix’s A California Christmas) directs off a script by John Ducey (Max’s A Hollywood Christmas). Afshar, Daniel Aspromonte and Christina Moore will produce the film. Violet, Madeline and their mother Jackie McGraw are EPs.

ESX Entertainment has an output deal through Warner Bros. High Stakes Holiday was filmed at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas. Back in February it was announced that Howard Hughes Holdings, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery were teaming on a 31-acre world-class production facility in Sin City.

Lim appeared on Penn & Teller: Fool Us and won America’s Got Talent during its 13th season in 2018 and he went on to compete on America’s Got Talent: The Champions. He is repped by Daniel Sirkin.

Griffo’s credits include The Thundermans series franchise and Netflix’s Alexa and Katie. He’s repped by Spyglass Media Group, Buchwald, Brave Artists Management and Meyer & Downs.
