Northern Colorado – I-25 construction is in final finishing stages as crews continue to put traffic into final alignments on the newly widened roadway. As part of the project finishing operations, multiple nightly full closures of I-25 will take place to safely install new overhead signage structures above the active lanes of I-25 throughout the next few weeks.
Once fully complete, the project will increase capacity on I-25 by adding an Express Lane in both directions, constructing inside and outside shoulders, and replacing aging bridges. The project will also improve multimodal access to regional transit.
