The music mogul, who is 63 years old, looked like a different person when he showed off his very smooth face in the clip. He did this to celebrate the fact that One Direction had reached one billion plays on Spotify.

Simon has in the past denied getting a facelift, but he has said that he regrets using Botox so much.
