For the next three years, small businesses are expected to fill the shoes of Pacina Retail, the company at odds with the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education and its national school nutrition programme (NSNP).

Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube announced the development during her post-cabinet briefing of the provincial executive on Thursday afternoon.
