Start With A Primer 

Primer is the first thing that you should apply before moving forward with your eye makeup. It drastically impacts the overall look of the eye. The primer keeps the dark shadows and eyeliner intact and doesn’t get smeared outside your eyelids and rims. Start by applying an eyelid primer for smooth makeup. 

Choose The Right Colour

Blend Along The Crease
