The model wed music executive Elliot Grainge on April 22 at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France, in the presence of friends and family, including her sister Nicole Richie, father Lionel Richie, and mother Diane Alexander.

To confirm the news, Vogue magazine posted pictures of the bride getting fitted for her three Chanel wedding dresses on Instagram. She wore a white, halter-style, high-neck lace wedding dress with a heart design on the front, white sequins and beaded details, and “S&E” and the date made underneath. Later, she went to an after-party in a short, white mini dress with the Chanel logo on the front. Sofia wore a white, beaded, high-neck, long-sleeve, ruffled gown to her rehearsal dinner.

The wedding happened a few weeks after Sofia’s friends and family had a party for her in February. A few months earlier, in October 2022, she took a party trip to Paris.

Sofia’s relationship with Elliot, who started the record label 10K projects and is the son of Lucian Grainge, chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group, was revealed in April 2021 when she posted pictures of the two of them cuddling on Instagram.

In November of the next year, a source said that they lived together. The source also said that Sofia, who had been with Scott Disick for three years, “loves that they don’t have any drama.”

A source said, “She loves how chill and calm Elliot is, and they have a lot of fun together, even when they’re just being low-key at home.”

Elliot asked Sofia to marry him in April 2022. He gave her a big emerald-cut diamond ring. Nicole’s signature sense of humor came out when she posted an Instagram picture of herself with Sofia wearing her new engagement ring and wrote, “Can’t wait to find ways to make this about me @sofiarichie.”

Joel Madden, Nicole’s husband, also sent them his best wishes. He wrote on his Instagram Story, “My two favorites…I’m so happy for you both…couldn’t have picked better people.”
