Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner broke the hearts of their fans when they announced in a joint statement that they were ending their marriage.

The Jonas Brothers singer, who is 34, and the actress, who is 27, both posted a joint statement on their Instagram pages confirming that they were no longer together.

Turner and Jonas shocked their fans with a post that said, “After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”

Fans are “sobbing” after hearing about the breakup after weeks of rumors. One fan said, “Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’s split is shocking to me. “Like what?”

Someone else wrote, “It’s true, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are getting a divorce.”

One sad fan said, “Love is dead,” and then added, “Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are getting a divorce.” Now, if Zendaya and Tom Holland or Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively ever break up, love will be gone forever.”

Joe and the British actress have two kids together. According to a paper, Joe says that his marriage to Sophie is “irretrievably broken,” and he wants to share custody of their three-year-old daughter Willa and their one-year-old daughter, whose name has not been made public.

Turner and Jonas started dating in 2016, got engaged in October 2017, and got married in Las Vegas on May 1, 2019. On June 29 of that same year, they had a second, big wedding in Paris. With their choice, the pair shocked a lot of fans.
