Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas, who are no longer together, were seen getting lunch together a day before she sued him for custody of their girls.

Pictures taken on Monday and given to TMZ show that Joe, Sophie, and their two girls were all sitting together at Momofuku Noodle Bar Uptown in New York City.

A witness said that there was no sign of tension between the two and that everything seemed friendly.

The witness couldn’t tell if the four people came all at once or separately, or if they came separately, who brought the kids.

Sophie sued Joe in federal court on Thursday, saying that he was stopping her from taking their girls to live in Europe, which was part of a long-term plan.

Sophie also said that Joe had hidden the children’s papers, which made things harder.

People who are close to Joe say that Sophie’s petition totally caught him off guard.

A Florida judge ruled, and Joe’s team said in a statement, that the kids can’t be moved during the divorce process.
