ROCK SPRINGS — The Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency (URA) has announced Debora Thaxton Soulé as their March Volunteer of the Month.

A lifelong advocate for the arts and recent chair of our Arts and Culture Committee, Soulé played a vital role in the success of March’s Arts Month programming and the Mayor’s Arts Awards.
