COLUMBIA — South Carolina women’s basketball has scored at least 100 points in each of its first two games and looks to keep the streak going against in-state rival Clemson.

The No. 1 Gamecocks (2-0) host the Tigers (3-0) at Colonial Life Arena on Thursday (7 p.m., SEC Network) and will be playing for their 13th consecutive win in the series. They routed Clemson 85-31 at Littlejohn Coliseum last season, where then-freshman Ashlyn Watkins threw down the first dunk in South Carolina history.

South Carolina trailed the all-time series with Clemson 32-21 when coach Dawn Staley was hired in 2008, and the Gamecocks now lead 34-33. Clemson’s last win was 94-92 in double overtime in 2009.
