SouthWest Disagrees With Savannah Chrisley’s Version of Incident on Flight

Chrisley doesn’t know best after all. In reaction to Savannah Chrisley’s claim that she was kicked off a recent Southwest Airlines flight because she wouldn’t check her bag, a company representative said that the reality star seemed to be telling “a different story” than what actually happened.

On Thursday, the Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens actress wrote on her Instagram Story, “Get your sh*t together, Southwest. Your airline is terrible.” She said that she and an attendant got into a fight over whether she could take her bag as a carry-on, and that she called him an “asshole” after he called her an unruly customer. “Maybe I shouldn’t have said it,” she said. “But the devil took control of me, and Jesus didn’t come out after that.” A representative for the airline said Saturday that the company was “looking into the situation” but that “early reports indicate a different story than the one in the Customer’s account, as she arrived at the gate late during boarding and repeatedly insulted our Employee after being asked to gate-check her bag.”
