A popular restaurant in Pittsburgh’s Squirrel Hill neighborhood has been shut down.According to a report from the Allegheny County Health Department, the Turkish Kebab House on Forbes Avenue has been hit with fourteen violations. These included a bag of grain that had rodent droppings fall out of a chew hole. Multiple cockroaches were also seen around a grease trap, while one was observed in the kitchen. The health department also reported various issues related to cleanliness and sanitation, including no dishwasher or three-bowl sink for washing. One food storage container was seen with rodent droppings on it. Backup from a grease trap was also seen all over the floor and walls around the trap and continues to leak.
