THEY’RE. WELL, GUYS, THIS NEIGHBORHOOD ON NORTHWEST 164TH AND WESTERN WAS THE LATEST TARGET OF CAR VANDALS. NOW, THE NEIGHBOR WE SPOKE WITH SAYS THIS ISN’T ALL AROUND AN INCONVENIENT CRIME, BUT ESPECIALLY AROUND THE HOLIDAYS. IT’S JUST REALLY UPSETTING BECAUSE IT’S OTHER KIDS ARE COSTING US MONEY AROUND CHRISTMAS. OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE SAY SEVERAL CARS WERE BROKEN INTO SUNDAY NIGHT NEAR NORTHWEST. 1/64 AND PENN. ONE REPORT STATED THAT A COMPUTER WAS TAKEN FROM THE INSIDE, DAMAGED, THROWN INTO THE STREET. WE DIDN’T HEAR ANYTHING. WE WERE LEAVING FOR FAMILY PICTURES SUNDAY MORNING AND OUR OLDEST CAME OUT AND WAS GETTING IN THE CAR TO WARM IT UP AND HE’S LIKE HE RAN BACK INSIDE AND WAS LIKE, DAD, YOUR TRUCK? IT WAS BROKEN INTO. JENNY SAYS NOTHING WAS TAKEN OUT OF THEIR TRUCK, BUT NOW THEY’RE LEFT PICKING UP THE PIECES. THEY’RE SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE CAUGHT THE VANDALS IN THE ACT, BUT POLICE ARE ASKING FOR MORE. ONE OF THEM ON THE SURVEILLANCE. IT WAS LIKE HE HAD DONE IT 100 TIMES. WE KNOW THERE IS VIDEO AVAILABLE IN THE AREA, BUT IF ANYONE HAS ANY ANY AVAILABLE FROM THE OVERNIGHT HOURS OR PARTICULARLY EARLY IN THE MORNING, AROUND THREE, ASKED AGAIN CALL CRIME STOPPERS AND AGAIN, OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE SAY THEY DON’T HAVE ANY SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY.
