According to a source, a Texas superintendent resigned after leaving a gun in a school lavatory, where a third-grader discovered it. Monday, Superintendent of Rising Star Elementary School Robby Stuteville resigned after the January incident at the school. A pupil discovered the rifle and, without touching it, rushed to alert a teacher.
