MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis police are searching for a group of suspects responsible for multiple car burglaries.
Police reported that the suspects burglarized a total of 37 vehicles from February 9 to February 17.
The suspects broke into 12 vehicles on February 12, according to police. They also broke into eight vehicles on February 16 and pointed a gun at one of the victims. A security guard says approximately seven suspects were breaking into vehicles.
Investigators collected video for the area showing suspects in a black Mercedes GL 500 were responsible.
Suspects stole a Remington 700 rifle with scope, Springfield AR-10 .308 with scope, Elite 9mm, Glock 9mm, wallets, purses, cash, credit cards, and jewelry, said police.
No arrests have been made and this is an ongoing investigation.
