After her breakup with Joe Alwyn, Taylor Swift is said to have found new love in London with another British male.
Swift is allegedly now dating Matty Healy, the lead singer of the band The 1975.
Sources told The Sun that the couple is “madly in love” even though they have only been dating for less than two months.
The source said, “It’s very early, but it feels right. They first dated, very briefly, almost 10 years ago, but the timings just didn’t work out.”
Even though Swift and Alwyn broke up last month, a source said that they actually broke up in February, “so there was absolutely no crossover.”
The new couple may even announce their relationship this weekend at Taylor Swift’s Era’s Tour show in Nashville. “Both Matty and Taylor have been touring over the past few weeks, so it’s been a lot of Face-Timing and texting, but she cannot wait to see him again.”
Unlike Swift and Alwyn, who kept their relationship very private, the new couple, the source said, “wants to ‘own’ this romance and not hide it away.”
A celebrity who didn’t want to be named also told the news blog Deuxmoi that Swift’s partner Jack Antonoff set them up.
Reps for Healy, who is 34, and Swift, who is 33, didn’t answer Page Six’s request for comment right away.
Before it was known that they were dating, it was said that Swift was dating Formula One driver Fernando Alonso.
Swift was seen rocking out at one of the band’s shows in 2014, and Healy and Swift were tied for a short time.
Despite their long friendship, the UK-born musician just recently admitted that he worked with Swift on her latest album, “Midnights.”
Even though none of their songs were chosen, it was clear that Healy made a good impact on the songstress.
The “Somebody Else” singer and FKA Twigs broke up in June 2022 after dating for three years. He was also related to model Charlotte Briar d’Alessio not too long ago.
It looks like Alwyn has also moved on from their six-year relationship.
Emma Laird recently raised eyebrows when she posted a photo of the “Harriet” star on Instagram. Social media detectives noticed that the photo was taken when he was still dating Taylor Swift.
