Savannah Police say one northbound lane of the Talmadge Bridge is closed due to a mental health emergency.The southbound lanes, into Savannah, have fully reopened. Several police vehicles were seen stopped on it before 6:30 Saturday evening. This is a developing story. Stay with WJCL 22.
