
Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd has announced its acquisition of International Automotive Components Group Sweden AB (IAC Sweden). With an annual turnover of approximately $800 million, IAC Sweden specialises in interior systems for the automotive industry.
This move will help Tata AutoComp strengthen its presence in Europe and expand partnerships with leading passenger and commercial vehicle manufacturers.
Advancing technology and OEM partnerships
By acquiring IAC Sweden, Tata AutoComp aims to leverage advanced manufacturing capabilities and premium automotive technology. This deal will enhance the company’s global footprint and create synergy opportunities, allowing it to build on IAC Sweden’s well-established relationships with European automakers.
The acquisition further strengthens Tata AutoComp’s position as one of India’s largest automotive component manufacturers.
