Taylor Swift Turned Down Meghan Markle’s Invitation

Meghan Markle says that Taylor Swift turned her down when she asked her to be on her now-canceled Spotify show.

Even though she got a letter from the Duchess of Sussex herself, the singer of “Anti-Hero” decided not to be on Meghan and Harry’s show.

Swift reportedly turned down the offer. Serena Williams, Paris Hilton, Jameela Jamil, and Andy Cohen, among others, went with Meghan Markle’s wife to investigate, dissect, and fight against the labels that try to hold women back.

The Telegraph says that Meghan wrote a “personal letter” to the singer asking her to be on Archetypes. The singer turned her down through an agent, though.

It comes after the audio streaming giant and the Sussexes made a joint statement saying they were ending the deal.

Archewell Audio, owned by the parents of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, signed an exclusive $20 million deal with the network at the end of 2020. This was done to help them become financially independent after they stopped working as senior royals.
