Taylor Swift Was Many People’s Hero Long Before the Travis Kelce Affair


People in Kansas City, Missouri, have loved Taylor Swift for a long time, even before she started dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

People in the city already thought of her as a hero for all the good things she did for others.

Swift made the Taylor Swift Education Center possible by giving $1 million to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2018.

There are educational programs and materials at the center for students of all ages, with a focus on music instruction.

Swift gave $250,000 to the Mid-South Food Bank in Memphis, Tennessee, the next year to help fight hunger in the area. She also gave the Nashville Humane Association $100,000 to help them care for animals in need and find them homes.

The year 2020 saw Swift give $1 million to the World Health Organization to help them fight the COVID-19 virus.

She also gave $1 million to the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund to help artists who lost money because of the pandemic.

Swift gave the Greater Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity $250,000 in 2021 to help build inexpensive homes in the Nashville area. She also gave $100,000 to the National Museum of African American Music in Nashville to help them keep African American history and culture alive and celebrate it.

Along with her many donations, Swift has also used her fame to speak out against racial and gender inequality and other important social problems.

While she was dating Kelce, Swift was already a hero to many people in Kansas City because of how much she cared about helping others and fair treatment of everyone.
