Taylor Swift Was ‘Never Serious’ with Matty Healy Throughout Their Brief Relationship

Taylor Swift and Matty Healy reportedly ended their relationship after only a month together.

The split between the Karma singer and The 1975 frontman has been verified by multiple sites, including People Magazine.

“She had fun with him, but it was always casual,” People reported. “They are no longer romantically involved.”

According to another source, they “had fun together, but it was never serious.”

The Somebody Else singer, 34, and Swift, 33, have been linked since early May, when Healy attended six of the Grammy-winning artist’s continuing Eras Tour gigs in Nashville and Philadelphia.

He was also seen watching the show with Swift’s father, Scott, and friends like Blake Lively and Gigi Hadid.

The couple “rekindled” their decade-old affair, according to a source who told the Sun, and they are “madly in love.” Swift and Healy were first linked in late 2014, when the Blank Space singer attended several 1975 performances in Los Angeles.

According to a source cited by RadarOnline, “The timing for Taylor and Matty was never right, but it is now. They’ve known each other for years. That’s the reason they’re not hesitating to be so hot and heavy.”

While the two never claimed to being in a relationship, they were the center of several articles in the last month as they made seemingly inconspicuous but visible appearances.

Swift took a moment before performing the Midnights track Question…? during her Eras Tour show in Foxborough, Massachusetts on May 20th to offer fans a life update.

“I’ve just never been this happy in my life in all aspects of my life ever,” the Lavender Haze singer told the Gillette Stadium crowd. “And I just want to thank you for being a part of that.”

“It’s not just a tour, I just sort of feel like my life finally feels like it makes sense. So, I thought I’d play this song which brings me a lot of happy memories.”
