Matty Healy made a big move that made it look like he and Taylor Swift are dating.

The 1975 frontman was observed at Swift’s concert in Nashville on May 5, 2023, sporting a black t-shirt and flannel and hanging out in the VIP area. He was wearing a black t-shirt and flannel. Page Six says that the British rocker was seen backing the Grammy winner in front of a full house at Nissan Stadium.

Healy and his 1975 bandmates gave a not-so-subtle nod to the dating rumors by playing their 2016 song “She’s American” at their Thursday’s Manila concert, which was a day before Healy’s show in Tennessee.

According to sources quoted by The Sun, Healy had planned to go to Swift’s Eras Tour show before it became public that the two are “madly in love.”

The outlet’s source said, “Both Matty and Taylor have been on tour for the past few weeks, so they’ve been FaceTiming and texting each other a lot, but she can’t wait to see him again.”

The Somebody Else singer flew to the show from the Philippines, where he and his partners had just played two shows.

The rumors about her dating come just a few weeks after news reports revealed that she broke up with her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn, last month. Swift’s Eras Tour has been taking her all over the country since mid-March.

Before The Sun said that Healy and Swift were dating, they were rumored to be together in 2014. However, he denied that they were ever a couple.

They’ve known each other for quite some time and have worked together with Grammy-winning producer Jack Antonoff.
