According to a new ranking, the top-rated cheeseburger in Oregon is served up at Five Stars Family Burger in Cornelius.

Five Stars gets a pretty impressive 4.8 star overall rating on Yelp.

To create the list of the best burgers in each state, Yelp “identified businesses in the food and restaurants category on Yelp, with a large concentration of reviews mentioning ‘cheeseburger,’ then ranked those spots using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews mentioning ‘cheeseburger,’ between January 1, 2023, and July 20, 2023.”

Five Stars Family Burger combines an old school burger joint vibe and classic menu offerings with some inventive flavors — the bulgogi burger seems to be a favorite with the Yelp reviewer crowd.

Other classic takeout items on the menu are also offered with some Korean flavors. There’s a kimchi burger and a Korean-style BBQ chicken plate as well.

The restaurant favors local ingredients, according to its Instagram.

Other notable spots on the Yelp list include Shady Glen Dairy Stores in Connecticut — which features a burger served with a slice of deep fried cheese — and Our Place Diner in Alabama — which offers a variety of fried favorites like okra and green tomatoes alongside its “award-winning burgers.”

The best burger place in Nebraska is an Omaha take-out spot simply named Cheeseburgers, and you’ve got to respect that no-nonsense Midwestern vibe.
