The Beyoncé World Tour Is Criticized for £122 Tickets Lacking a Stage View

People are upset that Beyoncé tickets cost £122 for places that don’t give a good view of her extravagant stage show.

The famous R&B singer is currently on a 56-city world tour called Renaissance to promote her seventh studio record. But fans are upset about how much it costs to sit behind the stage, where you can only “listen” and not see the show.

People who are blind or have trouble seeing can usually get tickets with a limited view for a lower price. But because so many people want to see Beyoncé live, the price of a seat has gone up to £122.

A disappointed fan told The Sun, “The whole point of going to the concert is seeing her in person and watching the spectacle of the production. It’s ridiculous. If I only wanted to hear the concert, I’d stand outside in the car park.”

Beyoncé is currently on tour in the United States, but there are worries that she might not visit the city of Perth in Western Australia. This would be like Taylor Swift and Sir Paul McCartney, who both skipped Perth on their recent tours.

Even though the American pop star is expected to announce her stadium shows in Australia soon, John Zaccaria, a promoter in WA, says that the high costs of putting on big stadium shows are making it harder for fans to see their favorite acts.
