1. Kansas Jayhawks: Bill Self brings in a three-man class that gives off familiar vibes. The trio should keep the Jayhawks at the top of the Big 12 for years to come.
2. Arizona Wildcats: Tommy Lloyd can bring in top-tier talent no matter what league he is in. Travel basketball teammates Carter Bryant, Jamari Phillips and Emmanuel Stephen will look to continue developing while competing together at Arizona.
3. TCU Horned Frogs: Over the years, Jamie Dixon’s teams have been known for their toughness. He certainly brought in a four-man class that fits the Horned Frogs’ identity to a tee.
4. Colorado Buffaloes: Tad Boyle‘s class is based upon upside. The Buffaloes have the state’s top prospect, Andrew Crawford, locked in. Sebastian Rancik is a sneaky good commitment while both Felix Kossaras and Doryan Onwuchekwa have significant upside.
5. Arizona State Sun Devils: The Sun Devils capitalized on relationships to bring a talented recruiting class to the league next year. If each member within their four-man class can stay the course, then Bobby Hurley could have one of the more athletic teams in the league in a few years. For now, junior college transfer Jeremiah Nyarko will be the immediate contributor.
6. Baylor Bears: Scott Drew has had a talented two-man recruiting class locked in for a while now. Wright is a relentless winner who will thrive in Drew’s system while Asemota is a skilled big wing who is comfortable putting the ball on the floor to create offense.
7. Cincinnati Bearcats: Wes Miller will introduce a pair of Tylers in his second year competing in the conference. Betsey is bound to improve at a noticeable rate and McKinley could potentially carve out a career as the heart and soul of the Bearcats team.
8. Houston Cougars: Kelvin Sampson found his type of guys in his two-man recruiting class. Confidence and toughness are the two words that come to mind when discussing Cougars signees Mercy Miller and Chase McCarty.
9. Iowa State Cyclones: The Cyclones locked in their two-man class early. Both Nojus Indrusaitis and Dwayne Piece will bring shooting and a willingness to compete to Ames.
10. Utah Utes: The Utes bring in two in-state recruits with their additions of Jaxon Johnson and David Katoa. Both prospects are proven winners as travel teammate champions on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit this past summer.
11. BYU Cougars: The Cougars may have one of the more underrated fits in the national class with their addition of Brooks Bahr. Isaac Davis will provide a physical presence who plays with a relentless motor.
12. Kansas State Wildcats: David Castillo was highlighted earlier this week for his decision to sign with Kansas State. His pairing with Jerome Tang makes for one of the best in the country.
13. UCF Knights: Johnny Dawkins brings in a skilled combination guard who has been well-coached in Kyle Greene. Greene should be expected to earn early minutes in the rotation as a Knight.
14. Oklahoma State Cowboys: Mike Boynton brings in top-150 senior and local target Jeremiah Johnson. Johnson is one of the better prospects the state of Oklahoma has to offer in the 2024 class.
15. West Virginia Mountaineers: In his interim year at the helm, Josh Eilert lands a talented two-guard prospect in Carmelo Adkins. Adkins’ game is more about tomorrow than today but he brings positional size along with a solid feel for the game.
