Amid his messy, litigious custody battle with ex-wife Brody Dalle, Queens of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme has issued a rare statement.
Homme’s shocking statement says that Dalle has been given a “permanent restraining order” that keeps her from seeing him, his family, and their three children for nearly two years. The statement says, “The situation got worse when Dalle broke the 50/50 custody agreement by not letting the kids see their father.” “Dalle kept breaking the custody agreement even though the Los Angeles Family Court had told her many times to give the kids back and had found her in contempt of court.” The situation got worse when her boyfriend, Gunner Foxx, did things that weren’t right. After all three of Homme’s children asked for it, a judge gave one of them a restraining order against their father a year ago.
The statement says that Foxx faked the signatures of Homme’s two sons on those requests. The statement says that in August, Homme and his sons were given a court order to stay away from Foxx for five years.
