The ‘Despicable Me 4’ Trailer Reveals New Additions to the Cast


Gru and the minions are reunited for another instalment of Despicable Me.

On Sunday, Illumination and Universal introduced the full cast of Despicable Me 4 as well as its first trailer during the AFC championship game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Baltimore Ravens.

The upcoming feature, which will be released in theatres on July 3, 2024, will follow the story of repentant supervillain Gru (Steve Carrell) as he tries to do good while also enjoying his family life with another new addition.

Kristen Wiig, Miranda Cosgrove, Steve Coogan, Chris Renaud, Dana Gaier, and Pierre Coffin will all return in the fourth instalment.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, newcomers will include Will Ferrell, Sofia Vergara, Joey King, Stephen Colbert, Chloe Fineman from Saturday Night Live, and Madison Poland, who will portray one of Gru’s (Steve Carell) daughters.

In the new film, Gru struggles to bond with his young kid despite his best attempts, while a new foe appears on the scene.

Maxime Le Mal (Ferrell) and his girlfriend (Vergara) intend to cause mayhem, and Gru must flee with his family to protect them.
