Pedro Pascal is being considered for the role of Mr. Fantastic in Marvel’s Fantastic Four.

The character of Reed Richards, often known as Mr. Fantastic, is now being explored for Pedro Pascal.

Reed is a brilliant scientist who is exposed to gamma rays while on a space research expedition and gains the ability to stretch and flex his body like elastic.

With this role, Pascal would continue to produce iconic characters. His career took off once he was cast as a bounty hunter in The Mandalorian, the first Star Wars TV series and the first Disney+ series.

His career skyrocketed once he landed the part of Prince Oberyn Martell on Game of Thrones. His performance in the current HBO series The Last of Us has garnered him an Emmy nomination.

Fantastic Four will be directed by WandaVision’s Matt Shakman. After Jon Watts departed the film, he became the director of all three Spider-Man films starring Tom Holland produced by Marvel and Sony. Fantastic Four will premiere on May 2, 2025.
