A report states that three men were taken into custody on Thursday night in connection with the assault that took place on rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine in a Florida gym the previous week.

WPTV reports that detectives with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office detained three individuals on suspicion of being involved in an assault as well as a robbery. The suspects have been identified as Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Octavious Medina, 23, and Anthony Maldonado, 25. The week before last, videos that have since gone viral showed a rapper with the real name Daniel Hernandez, who is 26 years old, being brutally beaten inside the restroom of a LA Fitness location in Palm Beach County.

There was a caption underneath one of the videos that read, “King Shit. we caught 6ix9ine slipping fuck a rat ADR not in our hood.” According to TMZ, the hip hop artist was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries to his face, ribs, and back.
