Why we love it: With ski season in full swing, we’re thinking about slope-appropriate gear a bit more than usual.

And a new collaboration between The North Face and the Kim Kardashian-created brand Skims is looking to bring a sleek style factor to your snow style. You know, so you don’t look snowball-adjacent on the slopes.

Featuring archival styles like the iconic Nuptse puffer from The North Face (an outerwear design that Kardashian reportedly already had in her closet for her snowy adventures), the partnership merges the cool colour palette (think: beige and brown) and fit of Skims with the technical performance of The North Face for covetable chic ski-hill and aprés ski style.

“This marks Skims first-ever foray into the world of winter wear and partnering with The North Face allowed us to leverage their expertise in this category. The collection is a combination of functional and flattering apparel solutions for the season,” Kardashian, co-founder and chief creative officer of Skims, said in a news release. “I’ve spent a lot of time on the slopes, so I was definitely inspired when we were developing this collection and I can’t wait to wear these pieces on my next trip.”

Highlights of the limited-edition collection include the Down One Piece, for a seriously flattering snow suit option, and the Refina Bodysuit, which bring fashion and function to sporty snow style.
