MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – We have already made it to the first weekend of April and there are a lot of events for you to enjoy. If you didn’t know, here at The Rundown, we find events happening in Central and South Alabama and bring them to you.

Happening this weekend is the Beyond The Horizon Air Show. The Blue Angels will be taking flight at the Maxwell Airforce Base. There will be exciting performances, thrilling displays and more.

This Saturday, want to enjoy some music, food, celebrate global cultures and languages then Auburn University at Montgomery Cultural Festival is where you should be. The community is invited, and the fun begins at 3 pm.

There’s also the Wilson Pickett Music & Arts Festival happening at Cooter’s Pond in Prattville there will be live music, kids zone, balloon artist and more.

A gospel legend story turns to a musical this weekend as Mahalia comes to Montgomery there are various show times, don’t miss it.
