The Cone Bra Made An Appearance
It was kind of inevitable that Rocha would riff on the iconic JPG cone bra. Her take came worn across a natty blazer paired with a pannier-style skirt. Business dress this is not.

Rocha might be synonymous with dresses, but rarely do we see her do gowns. Couture week, however, delivered on this front with the show ending with a run of gargantuan frothy creations perfect for Emma Stone and the like to option for the Oscars.
The Front Row
Simone stans and JPG girlies unite! This fashion partnership continued onto the front row where loyalists from both brands pulled up to watch the spectacle unfurl. Kylie Jenner, who we could call a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier collector by now, was nestled in between the ever-chic Gossip Girl actor Kelly Rutherford and London’s very own Amelia Dimoldenberg. Jean Paul Gaultier’s signature striped sailor shirt this time came rendered in ribbons for the ultimate use of satin lengths. Sorry curious ribbon-filled ice cubes trending online, this is the only way to fashion ribbons now.
And What About The Hats?
One of Rocha’s most literal Jean Paul Gaultier references was the inclusion of the sailor hat. While they’re often brilliant white, Rocha instead gave them her spin with a particularly fanciful one being rendered in soft peach with red embellished flowers.
