My order: Opting to go for brunch, my friend and I were both inclined to order the quiche of the day with onion and bacon ($14). Our server looked at us with big eyes and said we would want to share one. Okay. But then the Scot-ish eggs of three eggs wrapped in crisp maple bacon sausage with scotch aioli was intriguing so we ordered that as well ($12).
Likes: The quiche was a generous size, so we were glad we were steered to share one. We both thought the homemade quiche crust was light and crisp and the egg filling fluffy. The Scot-ish eggs were beautifully presented with pickled onion on a bed of greens. The eggs were soft-boiled (often they are hard-boiled), making for a richer taste. The names of many items on the menu were pretty punny.

What would I order next time? For brunch, I would try the cinni-minis, miniature brioche cinnamon rolls topped with orange icing, which they were out of ($10), or the Eggrahamburger Lincoln, a smashburger with egg on top ($12). But I’d like to try the lunch or dinner menu sometime for its “twist” on comfort food.
