WASHINGTON — If you’re sitting at the dinner table grasping at straws – again – over what to eat, look no further.

OpenTable’s Top 100 Restaurants in the U.S. list for 2023 dropped earlier this month and three DMV-area establishments made the list. 

The methodology behind OpenTable’s top restaurant list includes dining metrics such as advance reservations and five-star reviews. The overall list is culled from more than 12 million verified reviews. 

You don’t have to fly across the Atlantic to Italy or France to try these places, either. 

Outside of the DMV, Richmond’s L’Opossum – also a French restaurant – made the list as well.
